“It isn’t sustainable to go broke,” Dennis Quaintance explained to me during my tour of the Proximity Hotel, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Mr. Quaintance is the developer of the Proximity, the first hotel to be certified LEED Platinum by the USGBC.
